What we collect
Skywalk Media collects only what an engagement requires: the drafts and materials you send, your name and contact details, and the record of what was distributed on your behalf. There are no accounts, no tracking profiles, and no analytics-driven behavioral collection on this website.
How it’s used
Your information is used to review, route, distribute, and report on your announcements, and to communicate with you about that work. It is never sold, never shared with third parties for their own marketing, and never used to train automated systems.
Who sees it
Within Skywalk, only the editor and strategist assigned to your engagement. Outside Skywalk, only the newswire networks and partner agencies required to distribute your release — and only the material necessary for that distribution.
Retention and deletion
Material is retained for the life of the engagement and any period required by law or by your own compliance policies. You may request deletion of your materials at any time after an engagement concludes, through the contact page.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests are answered by a person, promptly, through the contact page.
