Trust
The assurances, in plain language.
What the desk does with your information, your timing, and your name — stated before you have to ask.
Confidentiality
Your news stays yours until you say otherwise.
Everything you send — drafts, plans, figures, intentions — is treated as confidential from the moment it arrives. Material is shared only with the editor and strategist assigned to your engagement, and only for the purpose of that engagement.
The desk does not name its clients without written permission. Where work is referenced, it is anonymized; where it cannot be anonymized honestly, it is not referenced at all. Our clients’ announcements are public. Our methods are not.
Embargo discipline
Timing is held to the minute.
Embargoes and disclosure windows are agreed in writing before distribution and held exactly. The desk works to your calendar — earnings schedules, market opens, regulatory deadlines — and treats a minute early as seriously as a minute late.
If any partner wire or agency raises a timing question mid-engagement, the release holds until you approve the adjustment. Nothing moves on assumption.
Data handling
Minimal data, minimal retention.
The desk collects what an engagement requires and no more: your draft, your contact details, and the record of what was distributed. There are no accounts, no dashboards, and no tracking profiles — the relationship runs through a named person, not a database of behaviors.
Material is retained for the life of the engagement and the period law or your policy requires, then deleted on request. Details are set out in the privacy policy.
Editorial integrity
A standard you can audit.
The desk’s refusals are published in plain language on the Method page: what we won’t send, where we won’t distribute, and what we won’t promise. A bar you can read is a bar you can hold us to.
Every placement report is a verifiable record — wires used, agencies engaged, pickups confirmed. We do not issue metrics we cannot defend across your boardroom table.
