The service
Skywalk Media provides managed news distribution: editorial review, content enhancement, headline optimization, country-specific routing, agency and newswire selection, managed distribution, and verified placement reporting. Each engagement is scoped and priced individually, and the scope is agreed in writing before work begins.
Your material
You retain ownership of everything you send us. You confirm that you have the right to distribute the material you submit and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. The desk may decline material that is unlawful, misleading, or below its published editorial standard — that refusal is a feature of the service, not a breach of it.
What we promise — and what we can’t
We promise the work: senior editorial review, a considered routing plan, managed distribution on the agreed schedule, and a verified record of placement. We do not promise coverage by any specific journalist or publication, because no honest distributor can. Editorial judgment improves the odds; it does not manufacture outcomes.
Confidentiality
Material you send is held in confidence as described on the Trust page and in the privacy policy. Client names are never published without written permission.
Liability
Skywalk Media is liable for the faithful performance of the agreed scope. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question. Questions about these terms are answered by a person through the contact page.
